Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). API keys and secrets are stored in encrypted vaults.
Authentication
OAuth 2.0 with Google, bcrypt password hashing, JWT session tokens with 30-day expiry, and role-based access control.
Infrastructure
Hosted on Vercel with automatic DDoS protection, edge caching, and isolated serverless functions. Database on MongoDB Atlas with network isolation.
Data Isolation
Each workspace is fully isolated. Users can only access data within their own company. Admin actions are audit-logged.
AI Processing
Email content is processed by AI models but never used for training. We use OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google APIs with enterprise data agreements.
Monitoring
Real-time error tracking, uptime monitoring, and anomaly detection. Incident response within 4 hours.
