Knowledge Base
- Documents and information you upload
- Vector embeddings for semantic search
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Service
- To generate contextual email responses
- To send you important updates about your account
- To detect and prevent abuse
Data We Don't Use
Important:
We do NOT use your email content or knowledge base to train AI models. Your data is only used to provide the Service to you.
Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- OpenAI — to process email content and generate responses
- Pinecone — to store and query vector embeddings
- Resend — to send emails on your behalf
- MongoDB Atlas — to store your data securely
All providers are bound by data processing agreements and are SOC 2 compliant.
Data Retention
- Email data: Retained while your account is active
- Account data: Deleted 30 days after account closure
- Logs: Retained for 90 days for debugging
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Export your data
- Delete your data
- Opt out of marketing emails
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls. All data is hosted on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
