Referrals, Login, and Dashboard Fixes

Public signup is still closed. This pass is about the product you already have.

The referrals dashboard no longer falls back to a shared demo account. Invites are tied to your login, the link goes to login (with your code), and the email actually sends. Rewards are still applied manually after someone is approved.

Login no longer gets stuck on “Connecting…” if Google doesn’t finish. Dispatches render on the server, so the list matches the post pages. Dashboard escalations have a working Handle action, settings Cancel reloads what was saved, and the voice page opens with the voice you already saved.
